Our Services

ViennaTaxiTransfer.at provides airport transfer and taxi services in Vienna and surrounding areas. We offer fixed-price transfers to and from Vienna International Airport (VIE), as well as custom routes upon request.

Booking & Reservations

When making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Ensure all passengers are ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Inform us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance
• Provide valid contact information for driver coordination

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are fixed and include VAT, tolls, and parking fees. Payment can be made in cash or by card. No additional charges will be applied unless the route or service changes significantly from the original booking.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
• Full charge for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours

Liability

While we strive to provide punctual and reliable service, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the service.
